Unarthodox’s Shark Tank Experience

In 2018, Unarthodox was approached and asked by ABC, to pitch in the 10th Anniversary filming of Shark Tank. Both founders, Al Montagna and Maria Kordova were invited to Sony Entertainment Studios in Los Angeles to pitch Unarthodox’s amazing concept to the Notorious Sharks! (Kevin O’Leary, Robert Herjavec, Barbara Corcoran, Mark Cuban, and Lori Greiner). “It was an amazing and memorable experience meeting and pitching the Sharks”, said co-founder Al Montagna. Although the episode did not air due to financial constraints, both Al and Maria had a blast! “We were a bit disappointed that none of the companies that were there with us were aired, but the experience was phenomenal,” said Maria.
