All tickets must be purchased in advance. Full-price tickets at the door are subject to availability and capacity limits.

Online ticket purchases are strongly recommended to guarantee entry.
Arrive exactly on time. Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) will not be granted access.

Free street parking: Weekdays 6 pm–8 am; all day on Saturdays and Sundays. Metered parking available — check street signs.

By Bus:

Unarthodox NYC is fully ADA-compliant and accessible. Mobility devices such as wheelchairs and walkers are welcome.

/ 03 Bag&Coat Check

All bags and coats must be checked at the designated area.

/ 04 Age Policy

Experiences are designed for guests 18+. For private events, teenagers 16+ may attend with parental supervision.

/ 05 Photography

Filming the entire experience is not allowed, but personal photos and videos of select moments are permitted. We offer professional event photography, and attendees receive an album link afterward.
For commercial photography or professional video shoots, contact marketing@unarthodox.com for approval.

/ 06 Food and Drink Policy

No outside food or drinks allowed. Beverages are available for purchase during public events. For private events, beverage and catering packages can be arranged in advance.

/ 07 Personal Conduct

We aim to provide a positive environment. Offensive or disruptive behavior, including intoxication, will not be tolerated. Weapons and firearms are strictly prohibited. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal.

/ 08 Attire

We provide smocks to protect clothing during paint or clay experiences. Dress casually or to impress—whatever suits your style!
