Booking is a breeze! For public events, simply click the “BOOK TICKETS” button and follow the prompts to reserve your spot. For private event inquiries, fill out the request form, and our team will reach out shortly to address all your questions.

If you need to reschedule a public event, you can easily do so from your personal account at least 4 hours before the event. Please note that we have a no-refund policy, but you can use your credit for another event. For private events, all changes must be made at least 14 days before the booking. Please communicate with our private events team, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

Yes, we have a minimum charge for private events that accommodates up to 10 guests. Additional guests will be charged per person. For more details, please check our Private or Corporate Events section!

Food and drinks are not included in the experience cost. For public events, beverages can be purchased on-site. For private events, we offer a variety of catering and beverage packages from our vetted vendors to choose from.
