Tickets

If you purchased tickets directly through our website, please present your email confirmation and the name the ticket was purchased under.
For tickets purchased through the Fever app, ensure the app is ready for our team to validate your ticket.
All tickets must be purchased in advance. A limited number of full-price tickets may be available at the door, but availability depends on capacity and is not guaranteed.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you’d like to reschedule, please notify us 24 hours in advance by email at miami@unarthodox.com miami@unarthodox.com or by phone at 305-974-2500.

Arrival Time

We strongly recommend purchasing tickets online to guarantee entry.

Please arrive exactly on time. Guests who are more than 15 minutes late will not be granted access to the experience.

By Car:

From Downtown Miami
- Head east on Flagler St toward Biscayne Blvd.
- Turn right onto Biscayne Blvd.
- Turn left onto NE 1st Street. Destination will be on your left.
From Miami Beach
- Take the MacArthur Causeway toward Miami.
- Merge onto I-95 S.
- Take Exit 2C toward Miami Beach.
- Merge onto NE 1st Ave.
- Turn right onto NE 1st Street. Destination will be on your left.
From Miami International Airport
- Take FL-836 E toward Miami Beach.
- Merge onto I-95 S.
- Take Exit 2C toward Miami Beach.
- Merge onto NE 1st Ave.
- Turn right onto NE 1st Street. Destination will be on your left.

By Public Transportation:

Metrobus
- Routes: Take the 120 or C bus.
- Stop: Get off at the NE 1st Street & 2nd Ave stop.
- Walk east on NE 1st Street. Destination will be on your left.
Metrorail
- Take the Metrorail to the Government Center Station.
- Transfer to the Metromover and ride to the First Street Station.
- Walk east on NE 1st Street. Destination will be on your left.
Tri-Rail
- Take the Tri-Rail to the Miami Airport Station.
- Transfer to the Metrobus or take the Metrorail to Government Center Station.
- Follow the Metrorail instructions above to reach your destination.

By Bicycle or Walking:

Bicycle
- There are bike lanes on most major streets leading to downtown Miami. Consider using a bike-sharing service like CitiBike.
- Follow NE 1st Ave south to NE 1st Street, then head east to your destination.
Walking
- If you’re in the nearby area, simply navigate to NE 1st Ave and head east on NE 1st Street to reach 180 NE 1st Street.

Unarthodox is a fully accessible space. Mobility devices such as wheelchairs and walkers are welcome, and we are ADA-compliant.

/ 03 Bag&Coat Check

All bags and coats must be checked in at the designated bag & coat check area.

/ 04 Age Policy

Our experiences are designed for guests 18 years and older. For private events, we allow teenagers 16 and up if supervised by parents or guardians.

/ 05 Photography

Filming the entire experience from start to finish is not allowed. However, personal photos and videos of select moments are permitted.
We take professional photos and videos during events. You’ll receive a link to an album afterward, so you don’t have to worry about capturing the entire event yourself.
For private events, we also create highlight videos, which will be available to your team.

For any commercial photography, press interviews, media shoots, or professional video recording, advance approval is required. Contact marketing@unarthodox.com for requests.

/ 06 Food and Drink Policy

Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Beverages are available for purchase at the venue during public events. For private events, beverage and catering packages can be arranged in advance from our curated menu options.

/ 07 Personal Conduct

We are committed to ensuring a positive and safe environment for all guests. Offensive, abusive, disruptive behavior, or conduct that disturbs others—including intoxicated or inappropriate behavior related to being drunk or under the influence of drugs—will not be tolerated. Weapons and firearms are strictly prohibited. Any visitor engaging in inappropriate behavior will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

At Unarthodox, we provide smocks to protect your clothing during experiences involving paint or clay. Whether you choose to dress casually or dress to impress, we embrace your style.
