Event Space Overview

Located on the 3rd floor, directly across from a large elevator, our event space encompasses approximately 1,200 square feet of versatile open space, making it the perfect venue for gatherings of up to 65 guests.

Our surround sound system and wall uplighting create an inviting ambiance for your event. The lounge area is furnished with trendy couches and sophisticated decor, providing a stylish and comfortable environment for guests to relax and socialize. With our wireless sound system, you have the freedom to control the music from anywhere in the room using an iPad, allowing you to easily adjust the mood throughout your event. Additionally, three projectors enable you to display visuals on two walls and one expansive screen, enhancing presentations or entertainment.

This setup allows you to creatively immerse your guests in your brand or theme, projecting logos, presentations, videos, and movies to captivate and engage everyone in attendance.

A dedicated space manager is always on-site to ensure your event runs smoothly and hassle-free. Restrooms are conveniently located just outside our door.

Booking Information

Please note that a minimum booking of 2 hours applies to off-site events scheduled from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. For all other times, the minimum booking requirement is 4 hours.

Convenience

Access to restrooms located conveniently outside the event space.

Pricing

$250 - Hourly Rate

A minimum of 2 hours is required for events beginning between 7 AM and 4 PM. Bookings after 4 PM require a minimum of 4 hours. An additional $150 cleaning fee will apply. A 50% deposit is due upon reservation. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the scheduled rental.

$2,750 - Full Day Rate

Full day consists of a 12-hour block. A 50% deposit is due upon reservation. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the scheduled rental. The cleaning fee of $150 is included in the full-day rate. Multi-day discounts may apply.
