Ticket Purchase Policy
Please be advised that purchasing a ticket constitutes a binding commitment to attend the scheduled public experience.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ONCE A TICKET HAS BEEN PURCHASED.
Tickets are transferable; however, the transfer must be accompanied by the name of the original purchaser upon check-in at the door. No additional fees will apply for this transfer.
Any requests for rescheduling or modifications to the reservation must be made at least two (2) hours prior to the scheduled event. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your tickets, necessitating the purchase of new tickets. A rescheduling fee of $15 will apply for each ticket that is rescheduled.
Please note that groups larger than ten (10) individuals are not permitted for public events. Additionally, all participants must be 18 years of age or older to attend.
Arrival Guidelines
All participants are required to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the event. Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late shall not be permitted entry into the experience, and no exceptions will be made. Such guests will forfeit their tickets and must purchase new tickets for a subsequent event.
Late arrivals may disrupt the immersive experience for other participants, which precludes their admission.
Rescheduling Policy
Requests for rescheduling or modifications to reservations must be submitted at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled event by emailing tickets@unarthodox.com. Rescheduling requests will not be taken over the phone. Failure to submit a timely request will result in the forfeiture of the original tickets, necessitating the purchase of new tickets. A rescheduling fee of $15 will be applied for each ticket that is rescheduled. Rescheduling requests submitted after the scheduled event date will be deemed invalid and will not be accommodated.
All rescheduling requests must be directed to tickets@unarthodox.com. Requests must include the desired new date for the experience. Participants are permitted to reschedule only once. All rescheduled experiences must take place within 30 days of the originally scheduled event. Any accumulated credits will be forfeited if the experience is not scheduled within this 30-day period. When requesting a reschedule, please refer to the public calendar for available dates.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of inclement weather, including severe snow or rain, Unarthodox reserves the right to determine whether to cancel the scheduled event. If the event is canceled due to adverse weather conditions, a credit will be issued for future events, as no refunds will be provided. All credits must be utilized within thirty (30) days of the originally scheduled event. Please note that no credit will be issued for guests who do not attend due to weather conditions if the event proceeds as scheduled. Unarthodox will notify all registered guests promptly should an event be canceled due to weather.
